HOW TO GET STARTED
Sling-Wheel Inc will reach out to the various clubs and groups by means of independent sales representatives. These reps will be assigned a four-digit number which they will give to their customers to use as a promotional code to receive free shipping on their orders. This is how we will track their monthly sales. The reps will earn a commission of $1.75 per unit. Sling-Wheel Inc will only ship in quantities of a box of 10 or cases of 80 units. Most sales for fundraising purposes will be in case quantities because of the price break. So, a typical sale will usually be for one or more cases. A single sale to a high school booster club would likely result in the sale of 5-10 cases of Sling-Wheels. In order to reach our goals, we will need to enlist hundreds of independent sales reps. The best way to do this is to reward our sales reps for enlisting additional reps. So, we are offering a two-tier commission plan. Commissions will be earned from one’s own sales and the sales made by those you have enlisted. No commission will be earned on sales generated by a rep that one of their reps has enlisted. A sales representative who enlists other sales representatives will earn a commission of $.40 per unit on the sales from their enlisted reps. This is not a complicated multi-level compensation plan. We need hundreds of sales reps to accomplish our goals and we want to compensate those who help us enlist them. This is a fun and profitable way for almost any individual to earn an income from full or part-time work. A perfect opportunity for stay at home moms, high school and college students, or individuals who are raising funds for travel excursions or mission trips. A family may get involved for the purpose of increasing their giving potential to their favorite charity. Groups that have successfully utilized the Sling-Wheel as an activity and, or fundraiser may sign up as a sales rep and then reach out to similar groups and receive the two-tier compensation just like an individual would.

SAMPLE 1: A sales representative who has an average sells rate of one case per work day (one sale per week to a typical high school booster club), and has enlisted three additional sales representatives who each average one case per workday in sales, will earn a monthly commission of $2,800 on their own sales plus $1,920 from the sales made by the three representatives they enlisted for a gross income of $4,720.
SAMPLE 2: A sales representative who has an average sells rate of one case per workday and has enlisted ten additional sales representatives who each average one case per work day in sales, will earn a monthly commission of $2,800 on their own sales plus $6400 from the sales made by the three representatives they enlisted for a gross income of $9,200.
SAMPLE 3: A sales representative who has an average sells rate of one case per workday and has enlisted twenty additional sales representatives who each average one case per workday in sales, will earn a monthly commission of $2,800 on their own sales plus $12,800 from the sales made by the three representatives they enlisted for a gross income of $15,600.
